I provide families with custom and tailored births around what goals you have. I support the whole family: client, partner, and loved ones. I promote holistic wellness while recognizing the need for flexibility and compassion in helping others achieve their goals. I support your right to choose the path that is best for you and your families journey.

Packages

Basic Birth Doula Package

Under the Basic package -Free consultation/interview -One face to face prenatal visit to discuss goals/options and prepare for birth -Telephone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy -Referrals as needed -On- call service from 38 weeks until birth of your baby -Continuous labor support, from early labor through the birth of your baby ( up to 12 hours of in person labor support- additional hours beyond 12 will be billed at the hourly rate of $40/hour) -Postpartum support for 1-2 hours following the birth/helping establish breastfeeding
