About me

Hello! My name is Amy Adams. I am a wife, mother, preschool teacher and certified postpartum doula. As someone who suffered from postpartum depression I know what I wish I'd have had in my postpartum journey that I did not. I strive to make mothers feel supported and nurtured during their 4th trimester. I would love to be a listening ear, a supportive friend, a vocal cheerleader and a willing helper to you and your family.

Service introduction

I provide daytime and nighttime shifts. I offer newborn care education, emotional support, breastfeeding support, baby-wearing assistance. I also can help with laundry, dishes, meal prep and sibling care.
