Amanda is a compassionate and patient individual who has a deep passion for caring for babies and supporting families. As a wife and mother of three, Amanda understands the challenges of parenthood and wishes she had the support of a Newborn Care Specialist during her early parenting days. Her personal experience fuels her dedication to helping families feel confident and empowered as they navigate the journey of parenthood. With a background in nannying, Amanda has extensive experience caring for infants and toddlers. She is an active listener who prioritizes educating and empowering parents, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Amanda is attending graduate school at Walden University, pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This academic endeavor enhances her ability to provide emotional and psychological support to parents, complementing her practical childcare skills. As a Newborn Care Specialist, Amanda will initiate healthy sleep patterns, give rest to new parents, support the mother during breastfeeding, and advise on different techniques. She provides support to the parents and helps build confidence in parenthood.
