I offer personalized support for families navigating infant feeding, including in-home and virtual lactation consultations to address breastfeeding challenges, pumping plans, bottle-feeding, and more. As a registered dietitian and IBCLC, I also provide virtual nutrition consults through Nourish.com, where I support maternal nutrition, infant growth, introduction of solids, and overall feeding confidence. My approach is grounded in real food, practical strategies, and compassionate care—tailored to meet your family's unique needs.
