As a certified doula and lactation educator, my services aim to empower families to have the pregnancy and birth of their choice and to feel supported every step of the way. As a licensed Parent and Family Educator I can help parents to navigate the many changes that having a new baby entails - for the whole family.

Nadia’s entire approach to child-rearing helped me and my husband to feel empowered and confident in the decisions made surrounding pregnancy, birth, and postpartum!
