Alina Jimenez
About me
Hi, I’m Alina! A Chicana birth worker, wife, and mama with a deep passion for supporting families through one of life’s most transformative seasons. As a trained birth doula, certified lactation counselor, and student midwife, I bring both knowledge and heart into every space I enter. My care is rooted in culture, connection, and community. I intentionally weave my Chicana heritage into my practice, honoring traditions, creating space for cultural expression, and supporting families in ways that feel familiar, respectful, and empowering. I believe birth is not just a medical event, but a deeply personal and cultural experience that deserves to be protected and celebrated. As a nurturing guide, I’m here to walk alongside you, whether that means holding space during labor, supporting your feeding journey, or helping you feel seen, heard, and confident in your choices. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can step into your power as a parent with trust and peace.

Service introduction
At Sol & Luna Doula, I offer support that is both deeply nurturing and intentionally rooted in culture, tradition, and real connection. As a birth doula, lactation counselor, and student midwife, I provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My role is to guide you with steady hands, evidence-based knowledge, and a calm, grounding presence, so you never feel alone in your journey. This work is more than just support, it’s sacred. I honor the wisdom passed down through generations, blending cultural practices with modern care to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and fully supported. Whether I’m holding space during your birth, helping you navigate feeding, or offering virtual guidance, my intention is always the same: to meet you where you are, without judgment, and walk alongside you with warmth, care, and trust. This is care rooted in love, guided by tradition, and centered on you.
