About me

Hi, I’m Alice, a compassionate and courageous Doula, offering both birth and postpartum services. Education and information are my focus, as I work to empower birthing families to build the confidence needed for a meaningful and peaceful birth experience. I am a birth ambassador, and an expert in physiological birth. I value science and evidence-based practices, autonomy, personal responsibility, individualized care and respectful parenting. I enjoy supporting families in developing a birth plan aligned with their values, teaching and providing comforting touch, and working with partners, siblings, and multigenerational families.

Offering prenatal childbirth education, labor and birth support, and postpartum, in-home, support with mother recovery, family adjustment, and newborn care.

Packages
Birth Package
Comprehensive, self-paced, childbirth education course through Intentional Birth, including a 200 page, printable, workbook with clear direction on developing a Birth Plan aligned with your values ($397 value). Three prenatal teamwork sessions to build communication and trust, practice, both coping and advocacy strategies, and develop understanding around the Birth Plan. 24 hour availability during on-call period from 37 weeks gestation until birthing. In person support during active labor and birth, and for two hours postpartum. Postpartum follow up visit to support family success Postpartum Services: $60/hour for in-home education and assistance.

Postpartum Doula Package
12 daytime, in-home, postpartum visits, 2 1/2 hours each visit, every other day, for 4 to 6 weeks, following birth. Additional visits available upon request.
