I highly recommend having Sweet Embrace Doula to be apart of your birth team. We had a great experience. You actually get two doulas. Molly is incredibly knowledgeable with nutrition and herbal medicine. Ally has so many amazing offerings to help make your PP a healing experience. It was so helpful to be able to ask Molly and Ally all of my questions. It was so nice having their support while I was pregnant and PP. It was great to get their opinions when I was unsure about something; this helped me feel confident with my decisions to have a great birth, and to do whatever I could to keep my precious little one safe and healthy. Ally attended my birth and we were so relieved when she showed up at the hospital. She helped make my birth experience a beautiful one and she helped keep the energy calm and peaceful. She advocated for my needs. Ally has an amazing energy and my partner was so happy to have her on the team since she was there for the both of us.

I loved receiving my abhyanga treatment from Ali. She is so caring and kind with all of her communication before, after and during the treatment. Being postpartum and receiving such gentle and warm touch through Ali’s hands and the sesame oil was so nourishing to my being. Every detail was supportive to such a nourishing experience, from the foot soak at the beginning, to the supportive talk, to the treatment itself. Ali gave me an Abyhanga massage just two weeks postpartum, and from the moment she stepped into my home, I felt completely at ease. She prepared the space with such care and took time to connect with me before beginning. Throughout the session, I felt deeply held and nourished. By the end, it was as if I had stepped back into my body after weeks of sleepless nights—I felt like a new human. This was, without a doubt, the most nourishing thing I did for myself during postpartum, and I cannot recommend it enough to any new mama wanting to feel at home in her body again.

This was my first time receiving Abhyanga massage and it was so magical. I am a toddler mom who is often needing a nervous system reset so this technique was perfect. After just one session with Ali, I felt an incredible wave of relaxation that stuck with me all week. My skin was divine afterwards as well. I can't recommend her enough.

We are so grateful for Ali and the incredible support she gave us throughout our birth journey. She helped me feel confident and prepared going into labor, and gave my husband the tools he needed to support me in ways I didn’t even know I’d need. Ali is the best thing that happened to our births! We were very nervous to find out we were being induced (for baby 2) as we hoped to have another natural birth. We were feeling unsure of the birth plain laid out by our OB and if I would be able to handle the pain of pitocin contractions. Ali made us feel empowered and educated in our choices and much more calm before we stepped foot through the hospital doors. Our experience with this baby (baby #2) was much more calm, gentle and enjoyable with her presence. She made us feel confident in our choices and relaxed as we moved though the birthing process. She is very easy to get along with and both my husband and myself enjoyed her presence. He felt more confident in how to best support me with Ali there. She completely changed the birth process for us and made us feel ready for the next one! With baby #3, we knew we wanted Ali to come back and be part of our birth team. She helped us advocate very early on to wait on breaking water, as I was induced again, and did not want pitocin and breaking of waters at the same time. She subtly asked questions that allowed us to have a voice within the hospital. She encouraged my husband and kept our hospital room calm and quiet. As things became intense, Ali was very calm and supported my husband in getting me through contractions. She instinctively knew what would help me without being a distraction, such as cold clothes at the very end. Having Ali there during golden hour gave me peace of mind because I knew not only was someone trusted holding our baby but she was actively watching what was going on with me. Ali will make you feel very, very safe and provides invaluable insight. Thank you Ali!

Ali attended the birth of both of my daughters! One in 2022 and one in 2024. I can't recommend her enough. Ali put me at ease right away. She truly felt like a sister at my bedside, though we had only known each other for a few months beforehand. Ali helped my husband to know where and how to be most helpful, when to rest, and when to talk. She has a knack for knowing what to do and when, often without my asking. I had a lot of fear going into my first birth, as any expectant mom does, and having her with me made such a huge difference. I really felt like she had my back the whole time, and she literally held my hand when I needed it. I would highly recommend Ali to anyone who is looking for birth support and know you will love her as I do!
