With a background in Naturopathic Medicine and a passion for holistic health, I provide compassionate care and evidence-based guidance to empower parents-to-be as they welcome their little ones into the world. As a new mom myself, I understand the importance of feeling supported and empowered during pregnancy, birth, and beyond. My practice focuses on gut health, women's health, fertility, prenatal and postpartum care, nurturing both mother and baby.
