Service introduction

My most popular service is overnight newborn care! I love working with newborns, establishing predictable patterns, setting up safe sleep hygiene and gentle sleep conditioning. I expect babies to sleep a long stretch by around 12 weeks of age. I also love providing daytime postpartum doula services - I can help around the house, care for the birthing person and take care of the baby! I provide infant sleep support and can help you set up a routine and troubleshoot sleep problems.
