About me

Hello, I am a certified postpartum doula. I have worked with babies/children since I was 13. I babysat and nannied throughout my teenage years. In college I worked at numerous daycare facilities (newborn-preschool). I earned my bachelors degree from the University of North Texas in early childhood education. I taught for 5 years in 2nd grade and in PE. In 2008 we welcomed our first (of six) baby. I now have 5 boys and a daughter that I homeschool. My youngest is now six and I miss the newborn season!! I recently got my certification to be a nighttime postpartum doula. My goal is to support the new momma (and family) and help them to enjoy and cherish this quick season of having a new baby. I breastfed all my babies so I understand the struggles and joy of this as well.

Need help adjusting after baby arrives? I offer practical support, from baby care to meal prep and everything in between. Sleep is possible! I help establish healthy sleep routines for you and your baby so everyone gets some much-needed rest.

I will meet with your family with a questionnaire to find out the best way I can be of service to you. I will come during the overnight hours, that we have established at our meeting, and help with ALL the baby’s and family needs during the night.
