As your doula, I hope help you feel empowered throughout birth, as well as be an advocate for your family. Your emotions and comfort are my top priority and I am always happy to talk through anything weighing on your mind . We meet prenatally to create a birth plan, practice positions & breathing techniques, and discuss any worries or questions you may have. Once labor begins, I provide continuous emotional and physical support, as well as prioritize your birth preferences - no matter how you choose to bring your baby into this world. I provide support throughout the postpartum period to make the transition from hospital to home as smooth as possible. I hope to provide your family the space to enjoy this new chapter, while feeling fully supported. My goal as your doula is to listen & learn about what is important to you and to create a more positive birth. Ultimately, I believe birth is a beautiful, natural, and empowering experience! I also offer a free consultation to meet and answer any questions you may have about myself, doula services, and birth overall.
