About me

My name is Tiyana Chong. I am Certified Nurse Assistant, Birth/ Postpartum Doula, Doula NPI, Lactation Counselor, Yoni Steam Facilitator, Newborn Care Specialist and Nanny. I have 25 years of experience working as a Certified Nurse Assistant in the medical field. I have combined my expertise as a CNA and merged my medical knowledge with the doula work, I provide to all the families I’ve worked for. I have 17 years of experience working as a Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist and Night Nanny supporting new mothers and newborns. I would consider myself a non- judge mental, non- discriminative Postpartum Doula/ Newborn Care Specialist. I am comfortable working with all types of families. I am passionate about the work, that I do. I enjoy helping families adjust to becoming new parents for the first time.

Service introduction

Postpartum Care Services I offer postpartum care to families once baby arrives. I offer postpartum and newborn education, newborn training techniques, and postpartum support to the family during the postpartum period. I assist new parents with newborn care, all things baby related. I help with any Lactation issues, bottle feedings, breast feedings, sleep deprivation, mother care, newborn sleep training, swaddling techniques and newborn soothing. I offer physical, emotional and non- judge mental support to all new mothers recovering from childbirth. Antepartum Doula Services ( Antepartum means before birth) I offer antepartum care to families going through a stressful pregnancy, such as preeclampsia, premature labor, birth, gestational diabetes and anything related to high risk pregnancy issues. I help mom stay in compliance with Doctor’s orders. I assistant the family with light meal planning, light house keeping, and laundry services. Postpartum Companion Care Services I also provide non- medical companion care to mom’s that temporarily can’t take care of their newborns, and other children due to a recent surgery or any other medical issue. We provide some of the same services, that we offer for Antepartum and Postpartum in addition to companionship and sibling care.

Postpartum Care Service… Provide Postpartum Care Services to new mothers and babies. Assist mom’s with personal care if needed and newborn care knowledge and advice. Assist with lactation assistance/ Breast or Bottle feedings. Providing newborn care while mom sleeps, goes to doctor appointments or just needs some mommy time away from baby. Assist with meals and meal preparation, light house keeping and laundry. This package includes 4 hours of services. Package Price is $160.00
