I’m a postpartum doula and infant sleep coach with over five years of experience walking alongside families during one of the most tender and transformative seasons of life. My love for babies began in childhood, long before this became my profession, and it naturally led me to earn a degree in psychology and a certificate as a Child Life Specialist. These foundations allow me to support families with both heart and intention, always honoring the emotional, mental, and developmental needs of parents and babies alike. After years of working as a nanny and completing my child life practicum in the NICU, I felt deeply called to postpartum work. There is something incredibly meaningful about holding space for new parents as they find their footing, build confidence, and learn to trust themselves. I’m also the owner of The Nanny Share Network, where I continue my mission of creating supportive, community-centered care for families. My approach is gentle, unbiased, and rooted in compassion. It brings me immense joy to ease the overwhelm that can come with early parenthood and to remind families that they are never alone in this journey.
