About me

Hi! I'm Sydney, I am a trained birth doula through a DONA International approved workshop. As a doula, my personality fits authentically into my role in the birth world. Others have described me as having a maternal spirit and a compassionate heart. I am fiercely loyal and protective of the ones I care for. In my training, I learned about the entire physiological birth process, and understand the intricate yet safe birthing process that can unfold with the right support. As your doula, I will listen to YOUR needs and desires in achieving the birth you deserve. I value natural care over systematic processes. I am confident in finding alternative solutions with providers and advocating for my clients needs. I love serving others in big and small ways, whether that is running to get you your first postpartum meal, translating medical language, or braiding your hair, I am here for it all.

Devoted Birth Doula

The Devoted Birth Doula package includes two prenatal visits, labor and birth support, and one postpartum visit. The Devoted Birth experience offers Physical and emotional support for mama. Depending on your birth space, as your doula I will act as your advocate in getting the care you deserve. Available by text or call 7 AM-7 PM for questions, concerns, and support. Access to all birth tools included but not limited to tens machine, peanut ball, message rollers, raboza scarf, thermotherapy. Access to pregnancy, birth and postpartum resources to keep you healthy, balanced, and thriving. Research based practices to manage and cope with pain. I am trained in the best practices to help mamas cope. Lactation Support in and out of the birth space. I am trained in lactation support, and can help you find resources if I am unable to fix any issue.
