I view pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as sacred, life-changing experiences that deserve to be met with care, understanding, and love. My approach focuses on creating emotionally and spiritually grounded prenatal and birth experiences to help families heal generational trauma so their little ones enter a peaceful and stable environment.
