My name is Aonya’. I am a Licensed Practical Nurse and CPR Certified aspiring to become a doula. Right now I am on my journey as a postpartum nurse looking to help new mothers. I am offering a free service right now to all new mothers who could use extra support. Please check out my website just to get to know a little more about myself. Anyone interested can contact me. From a young age, I have always had a deep love for babies. I spent my childhood caring for my doll babies, feeding, changing, and nurturing them. At just four years old, I eagerly rushed home from school to catch episodes of "A Baby Story," captivated by the journey of new parenthood. My passion for maternal care led me to begin volunteering at Saint Francis Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware, at the age of 14, where I worked in the postpartum unit, stocked supplies, and had the joy of seeing newborns in the nursery. I knew early on that I wanted to become a nurse. I began my healthcare journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), providing compassionate care to seniors in nursing homes and assisted living facilities for over 12 years. After getting married and becoming a mother of two, I experienced firsthand the challenges of postpartum life. I can remember shortly after giving birth not having that huge support system around. I often found myself in need of support and guidance and had I known about this care earlier on it would of relieved me of so many challenges I faced. Once my children were old enough for daycare, I decided to pursue my LPN license, graduating during the challenging times of COVID-19. I began working in home healthcare, focusing on pediatrics, and had the privilege of caring for several newborns as a nurse.Throughout my journey, I’ve supported many families, especially single mothers, and have heard countless stories that have deepened my understanding of the unique challenges they face. In 2025, I took my skills to the next level by becoming a postpartum concierge nurse. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I am dedicated to providing personalized postpartum services to mothers. I understand that the transition to motherhood can be overwhelming, filled with a whirlwind of emotions and uncertainties. That’s why I am here—to offer not only my clinical expertise but also the support and reassurance you need during this precious time. My goal is to help you feel safe and secure as you navigate this new chapter of your life. I am committed to alleviating your concerns and providing the extra help you deserve, allowing you to focus on bonding with your baby. You deserve to be pampered and supported, and I will be with you every step of the way, ensuring you receive the compassionate care you need. Sincerely, Aonya’ Porter LPN

I am a dedicated and trustworthy individual with over two decades of experience specializing in child upbringing. My journey as a mother, raising three daughters and being a grandmother to four grandchildren, has deepened my understanding of the importance of a collective effort to advocate in nurturing the future generation. In my role as a Lead Child Care Provider at Ahayah Academy Learning Center in Union City, GA, from 2017 to 2019, I maintained a positive and open line of communication with parents. Ethel came in at such impeccable timing!! Throughout my labor, she was mindful of keeping me as calm as possible, she went above and beyond to make sure my baby was well taken care of, and she is a great woman to have around. It was a pleasure having her around during my labor and caring for both baby & mama.

I own and operates Mother Nurture Maternity, a private lactation practice where I provides breastfeeding education and support from the prenatal period all the way through weaning! I have supported pregnant and postpartum families for over 12 years in the perinatal space and my passion for birth and lactation began with my own personal experiences, birthing and breastfeeding three children, including twins. I committed to providing accessible, skilled, and compassionate breastfeeding and perinatal services. It is a great honor and privilege to provide customized support as an advocate, facilitator, and clinician in GA and beyond. Both in person and virtual support available and I accept many insurance plans.
Leslie is absolutely the best thing that has ever happened to us! I couldn't, or didn't have the same support with my first, as I did with Leslie. She found out daughter had oral ties, when other doctors said she didn't. Leslie came to our home many times, video appointments, and endless texts. It has been 2 years and still going strong. I cannot say enough good things about Leslie. I do wish we had her for our first!

My name is Janis Adams, I am a certified Labor Doula and I live near Atlanta. My background is in early childhood education. I am a mother of six and a grandmother of twelve.. I have worked in public school and currently hold a brokers license in Real Estate. Years ago, I went through labor and delivery with a couple I knew when they had their third child. Afterward both mom and dad thanked me for being the extra hands they needed! A week or so later T said, " You should think about becoming a Doula," you were so helpful! I thought to myself, "What's a Doula?" I have been involved with and supported many births over the years; The first time was with my best friend 42 years ago while I myself was a week away from delivering my own first child. I have also been at the births of most of my grandchildren to assist, encourage and support my daughters as they went through the birth experience for the first time. It was during the Pandemic that I enrolled and took courses to be come a labor doula. During that time , the number of people that could be in the labor and delivery process was limited to just the mom and the dad unless you had a doula. One of my daughters and her husband were having their first child and they wanted me to be there. My daughter called and said to me that I had to become a doula! She gave me no choice! The things I do to relax are reading, gardening, sailing and traveling. Also, I have started a homeschool group and teach several students since the pandemic. In all, I have come full circle back to education but this time with adults and children!
Amazing first experience with a home birth as a dad. Glad to have someone as knowledgeable as Janis on our team. We felt she provided lots of help and care which continued after the birth of our baby. We recommend her to anyone, but definitely first timers!

My goal is to help you feel confident, informed, and truly supported, every step of the way. Together, we’ll explore your options, prepare for birth in a way that feels aligned with your values, and create a calm, empowering experience for you and your baby. Welcome—you’re not alone here.
Barbara became my doula from the early half of my pregnancy and guided me through the end. She met with me to determine what kind of birthing plan I ideally would like to aim for, and provided these helpful cards to envision different situations that might arise. As I progressed in the pregnancy, she would often check and give me insights and tips on the different pregnancy symptoms I was experiencing. When I went into labor, she was incredibly helpful with navigating the contraction pains with hands-on methods as well as breathing techniques and tools. She also was so helpful in tracking contractions when I didn't have the headspace to do so. Her support truly helped me envision and result in my ideal type of labor and delivery, and we are so grateful for her support!

Hello and thank you for being here. My name is Molly Raynor, and I offer personalized doula services dedicated to supporting you through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. Whether you're seeking emotional reassurance, physical comfort, or evidence-based guidance, my goal is to help you feel informed, empowered and supported every step of the way. I believe that every birth is unique, and I am honored to walk alongside you and your family during this transformative time. Let's create a nurturing and empowering experience together.
Review of Doula: Molly Raynor- long but thorough First to give some background information about myself: I am 38 years old, mother of four, two high risk pregnancies, used Molly for three out of the four births. Note: I do have a great husband who helped me throughout the pregnancy and birthing process but he would even say Molly helped in ways he couldn't enter into nor wanted to- 1st Pregnancy/ Delivery: 2015 I did not used a doula for my first pregnancy/birth because I thought I could handle the pain, the process, the unknowns because I was a student athlete in college; but I was naive and foolish. I did not education myself on the birth process, options available nor any postpartum possibilities. It was an incredibly difficult pregnancy with intense nausea and poor eating and exercise habits. In labor and delivery the baby was stuck on my pelvic bone, it was three hours of pushing, throwing up, and almost ended in a c section but the doctor used a vacuum to pull baby out. Recovery was a long road and the memory of it all felt like a train wreck. 2nd Pregnancy/Delivery: Macon, Ga. 2016 I called Molly right after a positive pregnancy test. This pregnancy was much better because we monitored my diet and exercise so I could handle all the ups and downs of nausea and appropriate weight gain. At 20 weeks this pregnancy turned into high risk as the baby had a spot on her kidneys. Molly helped me navigate the unknowns of going to obgyn and high risk doctors. At 34 weeks baby tried to come and I was sent to the hospital for steroid shot and bed rest, Molly was there with me through this process. Finally at 39 weeks baby girl decided it was time to meet everyone. Molly made the 2 hour drive to Macon, GA from Atlanta, GA to assist me. It was an uneventful birth of 12 hours. I was planning on going natural but the pain caught up with me and I ended up with an epidural and a baby an hour later. Molly comforted me in that I wasn't any less than a mom because I made a change in my birth plan. I had a lot of guilt about this that she helped me shift through. She held me through the epidural and then attended to the baby post birth to make sure all the nurses and doctors followed my birth plan exactly. She became what I found most helpful as my "external thinking brain" because during the pains of labor and post birth highs, I was in my own world; Molly was the one who kept me balanced and helped the staff stay on track to my wishes. 3rd Pregnancy/Delivery: Cartersville, Ga. 2021 Again, called Molly as soon as we knew we were pregnant. This time I knew I wanted an unmedicated birth and expressed that earnestly. Molly quickly and thoroughly got me resources to watch, read, listen to so I could prepare my body and mind. She would send me videos, I would put in the mental and physical effort to obtain my goal. This pregnancy went by fast, maybe with other two kids in full swing of life. But found myself at 38 weeks with contractions every 20 minutes apart and headed to see my midwife. She confirmed I was in active labor and sent us to the hospital. Molly kept my labor from stalling by using different techniques: birthing ball, walking halls with me, rubbing backing during contractions and many other options. With my water breaking, I quickly went from 8cm to 10cm to pushing. Molly worked with my midwife to think through different pushing positions to help baby. Finally after 30 mins of pushing, I held my baby. Molly again took over watching baby and making sure what I wanted on my birth plan was followed, nothing more, nothing less. Fourth pregnancy/delivery: Rome, GA. 2025 This was my hardest pregnancy, maybe due to age, the unexpected positive pregnancy because of a blood clotting disorder and the fact of older kids and their activities. Again, I saw a high risk doctor and an OB. We planned for another unmedicated birth by watching videos, listening to audio books, and walking through all the details we could forsee and control. With a more serious situation of my blood clotting we walked more thoroughly through c section possibly, my wants, my goals, the medicine I can and can't have and the NICU possibilities. I started having consisent contractions at 36 weeks and went on bed rest. These contractions stayed and made rush to the hospital a few times. Finally at 39 weeks 4 days, my water broke and was 5cm. Molly and I did everything we could to progress labor with many different stretches, poses, walking, miles circuit, and yet after 18 hours, I hadn't progressed any but was exhausted from the intense but irregular contractions. My gut told me baby was stuck on my pelvic bone and I couldn't keep going without an epidural. With a long conversation with Molly and the labor and delivery nurse, I knew it was what was best for me. Molly held me again during the epidural and they positioned me so baby would descend and within an hour I was pushing. Molly and the labor and delivery nurse worked together to put me in the best pushing positions. Again, post birth, Molly instantly attended and followed the baby around. Molly helped me a lot post partum this pregnancy as the baby blues were very strong and overwhelming. I could call and talk with her anytime. She encouraged me of the good things, listened to me express my sadness of not being pregnant and just helped me navigate waters that I thought I could cross by myself. Personal aspect: Molly not only became a source of strength for me each pregnancy but a comfort that she would advocate for me and my baby. Having her by my side gave me confidence to approach the unknown and yet allowed us to control the controlables. I can't recommend her enough, she knew when to be serious, when to make me laugh, when to be firm with me and the hospital staff, and when to let things be. Note other things she did worth mentioning: Came to my OB appointments to meet my midwife and doctors. Toured all three different hospitals with me to know where and how to get to labor and delivery. Made a hospital labor and post delivery snack bag. Made texting groups for family and friends to keep them posted on labor and delivery. Handed out copies of my birth plan to labor and delivery staff. Helped me with postpartum blues. Helped me with breastfeeding techniques and proper latch. Gave me a post partum visit each pregnancy to check on me and baby.

Having a passion of caring for babies and young children ever since young, I have extended that passion through education becoming a certified postpartum doula. With years of newborn, infant and young childcare under my belt, I have had the pleasure of caring for newborns, infants, and young children with a variety of needs. The needs include colic, premature care, circumcision care, sight disabilities and more. Providing quality and compassionate care for mothers, newborns, infants, toddlers and young children is my number priority. In the midst of my journey of newborn, infant, toddler and childcare care, I became aware of the care and attention that is needed towards women. The ability to create a safe space for them in many ways built up my courage to dive deeper into caregiving.
Subrina was awesome, she was very attentive to my daughter. I was nervous to seek out help due to anxiety, but I am glad I did because we had someone like her. She let me relax and do the things I needed to around the house. I was able to get five hours of rest which is unheard of with a newborn. When I woke up she had a schedule of everything she did for my daughter, and if I had a question about anything she was more than happy to answer. The spirit that she carries is very comforting, not only to me as a mom but other family members that was around. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a service like this. Hopefully by the time I am ready to have another she will be available again.

Hey ya'll, I am Lauren Elyse -- the heart behind Harmony Tree Birth Services. I became a birth and postpartum doula because I wanted to give support to women when they needed it most. I wanted to be able to help women through one of the hardest and most beautiful experiences life has to offer and remind them that this is what their body was made to do. I want them to be proud of their journey. I am extra hands, eyes, and ears for the midwife, a translator and advocate for the parents, and general support for all. While the medical staff has other patients to tend to, I will be with you continuously and will be able to help facilitate conversations, without ever taking your voice. I am currently a registered EMT working on an ambulance in the city of Atlanta. I am also a full time student in pursuit of becoming a Certified Midwife!
Lauren was excellent. Firstly, she provided prominent information throughout my whole journey. She exceeded our expectations and even went as far as being in the bed with me helping push out my baby. Lauren was patient and determined to provide me with the best care. I felt heard, I felt comfortable and I felt confident in birthing my daughter. With this being my first child, my experience having a doula was a 10/10. I will be using her services in the future if I ever think about having more children. Lol. We love you Lauren 🩷

Hey! I'm Nandi, and supporting families during their birthing journeys is not just my profession—it’s my calling. My passion for birth work stems from witnessing the strength and resilience of birthing people and my desire to create spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered. I’ve had the honor of working as a doula in various settings, from hospitals like Wellstar to community-based programs like Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies. Each experience has deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, personalized care that honors each family’s unique story. Here’s what you can expect when we work together: - Connection: I take the time to get to know you and your family, so I can support your physical, emotional, and informational needs. - Advocacy: Whether it's navigating hospital policies or exploring comfort techniques, I ensure you feel confident and supported every step of the way. - Holistic Care: As a certified yoga instructor specializing in prenatal yoga, I incorporate movement and mindfulness to help you feel calm and prepared. One of my most meaningful experiences was supporting women in recovery through Motherhood Beyond Bars, where I saw how vital nurturing care and a nonjudgmental presence can be. That philosophy guides me every day. I am trained as a Full Spectrum and Abortion Doula, so I can support you through any reproductive health journey with respect and compassion. Birth is unpredictable, but my goal is always the same: to help you feel empowered, informed, and cared for, no matter what. If you’re looking for a doula who will listen deeply, support you fully, and celebrate your strength, I’d love to connect with you.
Nandi is an amazing doula! This was my third pregnancy and my first time having a doula and she taught me so many things that I didn't know with my first two. She was personable and kind. She was always available whenever I had questions or concerns and fully explained everything to me. It helped build my confidence and allowed me to advocate for myself. During my delivery my baby had shoulder dystocia, she helped me remain calm throughout the whole experience. If I have another child I will definitely be using Nandi again.
