About me

Becoming a mother transformed the way I see birth, postpartum, and the importance of compassionate support. My own journey inspired me to become a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, and today I feel honored to guide families through one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives. I believe every family deserves evidence-based information, emotional support, and practical help so they can feel confident, respected, and empowered in their own choices. I provide calm, nonjudgmental care tailored to each family's unique needs. Whether supporting you during labor, helping you recover after birth, assisting with newborn care, feeding, soothing techniques, or simply offering reassurance during those first weeks, my goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and never alone. It is a privilege to walk alongside families as they welcome their babies with confidence and peace.
