We contacted Sasha for postpartum doula help and had a great experience. Sasha set up a call with a couple doulas based on the help we were looking for. From our initial call, I connected with Annelize and we hired her for 3 months of overnight support. Annelize was amazing - so caring with our newborn daughter and really helped us as first time parents! I highly recommend Sasha and Annelize.

Having Sasha’s support changed my postpartum experience for the better! As first time parents, my husband and I didn’t know what to expect in the months that followed our daughter’s arrival. Things were already in full swing when Sasha came to help—complete with a crying baby, sleep deprived parents, mama’s milk coming in (how to manage that?!) and concerns about meals for our family. She didn’t miss a beat springing into action to ease our pain— it truly felt as if she had been there as part of our home all along! Over the months that followed Sasha helped us to calm the chaos, take better care of ourselves (and each other) and was a constant a source of wisdom during our many “firsts”. Not only is she incredible with little ones and fur-babies, she is a brilliant cook and a compassionate listener too. Waking up after one of Sasha’s overnight shifts would fill me with a joy comparable to that of Christmas morning— I would wake to find the baby laundry washed and folded, next days meals prepared and having a better rest than possible before her arrival (thank goodness!) I can’t imagine experiencing this important time of transition without Sasha’s help. Her impact (and incredible lactation cookie recipe) is still radiating through our everyday, even these many months later. Thank you Sasha! You are an absolute gem.

Sasha was a super doula! As a new parent, it was immeasurably comforting to have her support and evidence-based guidance. Our baby was comfortable in her overnight care, and we had no doubt he was in good hands - quite literally! We are forever grateful, and wholeheartedly recommend her to other parents :)

I used Sasha when I was in the trenches with my colicky baby girl and also had a 2 year old toddler running around. It was unbelievably helpful and my toddler and baby instantly liked her. She has a very calming presence. She was able to keep my baby content and then when I had to breastfeed my toddler looooooved her singing and reading with him. I also did a postpartum hip closing ceremony and it was what I needed so bad after a couple months of major overstimulation and zero self care. I couldn’t recommend enough! She’s amazing!

She is an awesome doula. She was a great support for me when my twins were born. I felt safe and heard. She is now a friend for me ✨️💫

Great post partum doula! She was a huge help while I was recovering from my c-section taking care of my baby!

I was incredibly impressed with Sasha's work with my twins. She handled them as if she's been working with multiples her whole life. As a new mom it was so relieving to have the help and knowledge of someone who has so much experience to guide us through their first few months of life. I always looked forward to her time with us, especially nights as that can be one of the most difficult times with newborns. I highly recommend taking Sasha on as a doula!

My husband and I feel so lucky to have found Sasha who made our journey in parenthood a wonderful experience. She's so knowledgeable, caring and just has an overall positive vibe that made me feel so comfortable leaving my baby with her. She truly has a gift with babies and I cannot recommend her enough!

I am so glad I found Sasha when I did. She was exactly what I was looking for--someone who could help me with my newborn during my hospital stay post c-section. She helped me with breastfeeding, diaper changes, and helped me get the much needed sleep at night while I was recovering. She also did lend a compassionate ear during that time when I was feeling most vulnerable. I am grateful for the help, Sasha! Wishing you all the best and hope moms who may also be struggling could find their way to you!

I am thrilled to share my heartfelt appreciation for Sasha from the New Mummy Company. Her exceptional care and dedication in looking after our 5-month-old during our visit to Vancouver, BC, truly made our experience remarkable. From the moment we met Sasha, her warmth and genuine affection for children were evident. Her expertise and professionalism put us at ease, allowing us to entrust her with the care of our precious little one without any hesitation. Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to ensuring our baby's comfort, safety, and happiness were truly outstanding. Sasha's wealth of knowledge in infant care was evident in every interaction. She not only attended to the basic needs of our baby but also created a nurturing and stimulating environment that contributed to our baby's overall development. Her ability to adapt to our baby's unique routine and preferences showcased her dedication to providing personalized care. Throughout our time in Vancouver, Sasha went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, making sure that we could fully enjoy our trip while knowing that our baby was in the best hands. Her constant communication, updates, and reassurances kept us connected and allowed us to relish our time knowing our baby was thriving. In sum, I can't express enough how grateful we are to Sasha for her exceptional care. She is more than a caregiver; she is a true advocate for the well-being of both babies and parents. If you are looking for a professional, loving, and expert caregiver for your little ones, Sasha is an absolute blessing. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch care for their precious ones.

Sasha was an amazing doula that I wouldn't hesitate to hire again! I would recommend Sasha to all of my family, friends and any person who needs the support (even if you don't think you do, do it - you won't regret it). Sasha gave me the precious gift of more sleep! She encouraged me to allow the baby to stay with her downstairs after I breastfed and that was the best decision ever (I got uninterrupted hours of sleep and knew that my baby girl was in great hands). Sasha also helped prep some healthy snacks and did baby laundry for me, it was a HUGE help. If you want a better postpartum, hiring Sasha will definitely help :)

I couldn't be more grateful for the incredible support provided by Sasha during the most precious time in our lives. From early days, she was there by our side, offering, support guidance and reassurance through this major life transition. Her intuition and deep understanding of postpartum needs were truly remarkable, ensuring that both me and my family received the utmost care. From baby care to meal prep, to attending medical appointments she was there every step along the way. What sets Sasha apart is not just her expertise, but also her gentle and compassionate nature. She created a warm and nurturing environment where I felt completely comfortable and supported. She even led me through a personalized private yoga and meditation session once my body felt healed enough to do so. Her presence alone brought a sense of calm during some challenging moments, reminding me that I was never alone in this journey. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to any new parent. She is an exceptional postpartum doula who goes above and beyond, providing unwavering support and care. With her by your side, you can navigate the beautiful but sometimes overwhelming transitions with greater ease and grace.

I have only amazing things to say about Sasha and the care and support she provided to myself and my baby during our postpartum time with her. Sasha was reliable, on time, caring and trustworthy. I never felt uncomfortable around her and felt at ease when I handed the baby over to her. Sasha became part of our family and I am so grateful for everything she did for myself and for the baby. I highly recommend Sasha.

It takes a special kind of person to make you feel at ease in the early postpartum days, and Sasha is certainly that kind of person. Sasha began caring for me and my infant son from our first days home from the hospital. In those early days, Sasha was incredibly helpful as my "legs" as I was recovering from a c-section and unable to move around freely. She made sure I was hydrated and nourished, and showed genuine care for my overall wellbeing. Sasha was also a wonderful caregiver for my infant son during this time. She was untroubled by my sons feeding and sleeping challenges. She has a deep knowledge of infant care which she put into practice with my son, all the while demonstrating a calm and gentle demenour. Last but not least: Sasha is an amazing cook and baker. If you engage her as your postpartum doula, you may be in for a small (sweet) treat (or two). Overall I feel quite lucky to have found Sasha, and I would highly recommend her as a postpartum doula.

We are new to the area and sought out Sasha to help us with our Son Rhodes for a few days as we transitioned! It was super easy to coordinate with her and she was absolutely the sweetest. I felt so comfortable leaving my baby in her care and so did my partner! She said that he was a super easy kiddo but I feel it's as if her calming energy and compassion just made my him feel safe! They went for walks, played, read books and overall, just had a great time together. Thank you Sasha for helping us, we appreciate you so much! Grace, Curtis & Rhodes

I've worked with Sasha for PP care for my second baby, and she's been great. I highly recommend working with her as she's a fantastic support from bottle feeding my newborn, and all care, even for sleep support, PP yoga and healing. She's also been a great support for supporting me with my toddler and house hold care as well! She is empathetic, caring and knowledgeable for new born care.

Sasha was a wonderful postpartum doula! She was calm, patient, and caring with my son. As a first time mom, I was nervous leaving my son with someone other than family but quickly Sasha made me feel comfortable. She was very attentive with my son and gave me detailed notes in the morning about his feedings, sleep, and diaper changes. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a postpartum doula!

100% recommend. Sasha offers a wonderful presence. She is extremely considerate and I'm delighted to see her bright smile. She has come to help me with my son, who is still just a couple months old, several times now - I've had a lot of anxiety around the idea of someone else caring for him, or holding him, but somehow with her it's all ok. I believe she is someone who has truly found her calling in life and I'm delighted she has been able to bring joy into our home. Cannot recommend enough. She really has a magical way with kids.

Sasha impressed me immediately with her knowledge and kindness. She was wonderful with my baby, and so respectful of the family I had created as a queer single parent by choice. She is professional, thoughtful, and thorough. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Sasha is a breath of helpful, peaceful fresh air from the moment she walked in to our home. I felt so comfortable having her look after my child, the first time by anyone who isn't family. Our 6 month old baby absolutely loves her and we can't wait to have her back again. She is punctual, professional, warm and incredibly skilled looking after our baby.

Sasha was an absolute dream postpartum doula to have support with our 7-week-old twins. She is a natural at connecting with both babies and parents. Sasha has a gentle, warm, and calming presence that was essential for bringing balance to the postpartum time. She helped me to feel at ease leaving my girls in her care when providing much needed overnights and supported my little one with gentle tummy exercises to help with her colic. She goes above and beyond. I'd highly reccomend choosing Sasha as your postpartum doula.
