Greetings! My name is Sarah Gibson. I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a Full Spectrum Doula with 10 years experience. I serve patients and clients in Philadelphia and surrounding areas (PA, NJ and DE). My focus is lactation care and I am dedicated to supporting families in achieving their feeding goals. I am an expert in latch and positioning, supply issues, tongue ties and just helping parents create realistic feeding goals that fit their lives. I offer in-person home and office as well as virtual Telehealth consultations. I also facilitate support groups and offer prenatal education. Having 3 children myself, I gained a passion for this work that I love so much.
