About me

I began birth doulaing in 2017 because I am fascinated by birth and adore babies. I quickly discovered how many needs the new mother has and have added on postpartum, lactation, prenatal yoga, and fertility services to better meet the needs of our community. My focus is on nurturing mothers (and birthing persons) and giving them the tools they need as they care for their growing families. I would love to talk to you about how I can help your family.
