Sara, has saved my sanity. I think she's saved my husbands too- simply because of my lessened anxiety. I'm a type A girl when it comes to time, and let me tell you, when a baby doesn't sleep, it certainly doesn't help. As a first time mom and a dual business owner, I am a very "do-it yourself" kind of gal. Before two of my friends recommended Sara, I was navigating the web, on new-mom forums, researching myself, and using ChatGPT to try to help with my infants sleep. Did it help, I'd say sometimes, but it never truly made a lasting difference. I was convinced I could do it myself, until I couldn't. I have a wonderful, happy baby. At a young age, she was able to put herself to sleep. However, as she got older, and woke up to the world, it could take us an hour or more to get her to sleep. And somedays, there would simply be no sleep. I needed help, for my baby and my sanity. Sara has taught my husband and I so many things. Let's just start by saying not only does my little girl fall asleep independently, but she also sleeps overnight . She's taught us how to navigate sleep and infant illness. She's reminded us that although babies like consistency, they are amenable to schedule changes and it will not ruin EVERYTHING. She's also made us realize that a sleep failure is not "our fault". Babies are babies and sometimes they beat to their own drum. She's a calm in a whirlwind of a storm. So, if you're questioning hiring Sara and you are anything like I was- DO IT. The first two weeks may be a challenge, but it will change your life with your baby, I promise!

Sara is a total godsend. We were anxious about sleep training — we wanted to do it in a way that felt gentle and actually worked, but it all felt overwhelming. There were so many moving parts (day sleep, feeds, teething, when to check in) that we kept putting it off… and the sleep deprivation just got more intense. From our very first call, Sara brought the warmest, most supportive energy — and the kind of clear, seasoned guidance we’d been missing. She helped us make sense of the variables, feel confident in the plan, and the results came fast during her 48 Hour Sleep Intensive Program. Now our baby girl is sleeping through the night — and so are we. Sara is an incredibly kind, steady guide and a brilliant sleep consultant. We truly can’t recommend her enough.

Sara helped us transition our baby from contact-only 30 minute naps and constant nighttime waking to crib naps and sleeping soundly all night! Sara took the time to understand our baby’s needs to figure out how to support him in achieving restful, deep sleep. She was always available to answer any questions and troubleshoot. Sara always made sure that we were comfortable and supported with our sleep plan. We are so grateful!

We cannot say enough good things about Sara! We were truly in the trenches with our twins’ sleep, exhausted and overwhelmed, and she completely changed everything for us. Our twins are preemies, and it gets so hard trying to take in adjusted age vs their actual age when it comes to sleep. From the minute we decided to move forward with her services, Sara was in constant communication all day long, helping us navigate a proactive schedule for our boys. Sara created a clear, realistic plan tailored specifically to our boys, and she helped us implement a schedule that actually worked — and stuck. She is thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable, but what stood out most was how supportive and reassuring she was during such a hard season. She made us feel confident instead of anxious, and for the first time in a long time, we felt like we had a handle on sleep. Our boys are now on a great schedule and sleeping so much better, which has been life-changing for our entire family. If you’re struggling with baby or twin sleep and don’t know where to turn, Sara is absolutely worth it. We are beyond grateful for her help. I have already recommended her to every expecting mother I meet and continue to say this is the best money I have spent in a long time!

I could not be more grateful for the support and guidance Sara has provided our family over the past few weeks. I was truly at my breaking point when I reached out to her, and she not only helped us navigate sleep, but also helped me rebuild a healthy relationship with my daughter. Sara was always respectful, compassionate, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. I really appreciated that I could share ideas with her and she was open to trying different approaches to see what worked best for our daughter and our family. Sara is professional, kind, understanding—I could go on and on. I truly cannot recommend her enough, and I am so thankful we found her.

Sara was truly a lifesaver during my postpartum journey. From the very beginning, she supported me with so much compassion, knowledge, and reassurance while I navigated the challenges of postpartum recovery and learning how to care for a newborn. She has a calming presence that instantly makes you feel supported and capable, even on the hardest days. Beyond postpartum care, Sara’s sleep consulting has been absolutely incredible for our family. She is always there for us, day or night, to answer questions, offer guidance, and help us feel confident in supporting our baby’s sleep. With her help, we successfully transitioned from contact naps to crib naps in just two days, and our baby is now taking naps lasting over an hour and a half and sleeping throughout the night. I truly didn’t think that was possible so quickly. Sara goes above and beyond in every way, and her support has made such a positive impact on our family. I am endlessly grateful for her care, expertise, and kindness. I cannot recommend her enough to any family looking for postpartum or sleep support.

Sara was absolutely wonderful and we cannot recommend her enough. She took such good care of our daughter and navigated our busy house (with two dogs and two cats) with ease as if it were her own. She consistently went above and beyond what we needed and her fresh baked apple bread was an added bonus!

Sara is great to work with! We are using her for our 3.5 year old. Within a week we saw huge improvements with sleep... from waking up multiple times at night to maybe 1 time. Excited to continue the sleep plan and get even better sleep!

After bringing our NICU baby home, we were overwhelmed with sleep struggles—naps, nighttime wake-ups, and an unpredictable schedule. A friend recommended Sara, and we’re so thankful they did. With her support, our baby now sleeps through the night peacefully. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Sara has been instrumental in improving my toddlers sleep. She is truly invested in your success and meets you and your child where you are at, creating an individualized plan tailored to your comfort level and goals. Her approach is well thought out and focuses on intentional changes that yield powerful results (which doesn’t include CIO - something very important for me). Sara is thorough, compassionate and supportive. She checks in frequently and is always available for any questions. I cannot thank her enough for the support and would highly recommend Not A Peep!

Sara is the best! We worked with her with her Mini Sleep Plan and she gave us the tools to help get our 5 month old on a better schedule. She was extremely helpful whenever I had questions or concerns throughout the week and was encouraging through rough sleep moments. Not only was she able to give my husband and I more confidence in our daughter’s schedule but she was also able to help us identify what our biggest area of improvement was. We now feel so much more confident about handling tricky moments or changes of schedule and learned to be flexible with sleep. The Mini Plan is great for anyone who needs some extra support with baby’s sleep but is on a tighter budget. We couldn’t be more thankful!

Sara is an angel. Sleep support for babies/toddlers can be intimidating and anxiety provoking, especially if you don’t believe in CIO, you breastfeed and you are tired of unsolicited advice that goes against your mama instincts. Please don’t let this stop you from reaching out to Sara. She fully aligns with your beliefs and curates individualized plans based on what is important to you. She respects whatever philosophies you have and brings her expertise to the table to marry tried and true methods with your unique approach to parenting your child. The result? Someone in your corner. Someone supporting you and your child every step of the way. Someone invested in your success. Sara knows her stuff and is kind, respectful and an all around wonderful human being. Call her today and start getting some sleep!

I cannot recommend Sara and her services enough. I don't even know how to properly thank her for giving us our sleep and sanity back. She's available for every question, texts to check in, adjusts according and she is so supportive of everything motherhood. Her approach is clear and very well thought out. If you told me a month ago I would have a baby finally sleeping through the night, I wouldn't have believed it - now I can wholeheartedly say it's because of Sara's guidance and support that our little guy is finally doing it. Thank you Sara!

Sara provided the support and guidance we needed to help our family get into a routine of healthy sleep. Her methods are individualized, sensitive and nurturing. Our 4 year old was resisting sleep training that we provided to our other kids. Sara understood immediately where we needed to make small changes and give our child the structure to feel safe and rested. Sara checked in frequently to provide support and reassurance. We are so happy to have found Not A Peep!

Working with Sara at Not a Peep Sleep Consulting has been an absolute heaven sent!!! After consulting with Sara and implementing her customized plan, I saw immediate changes in my 5 month olds sleep patterns. It is apparent that she is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Not to mention she is very kind, relatable, and genuine. As a new mom preparing to return to work, it took a weight off my shoulder having the tools that Sara provided in order for myself and my baby to get a good night sleep. I would highly recommend her services and I will absolutely be sending friends and family her way.

Words cannot begin to express my absolute love and gratitude for Sara and her sleep consulting services, Not a Peep Sleep Consulting. She helped us with two of our children who have incredibly different personalities and tailored their sleep plans to fit their needs. Recently we had a sudden bout of separation anxiety with our daughter that caused incredible disruption in her sleep (and ours). In order to avoid the development of poor habits, I reached out to Sara in fear and desperation. After two nights with her guidance, our daughter is going down easily and sleeping through the night again. Not only does she know what she’s doing for your child, but she is one of the most validating people I have ever met. This is ESSENTIAL for the parents who are sleep deprived, stressed, and feeling hopeless. I would hire her a thousand times more because she is that great at what she does. She is authentic, showing genuine love and care for our family. Thank you Sara for changing our lives for the better!!!!

Sarah was amazing at providing guidance for my toddler’s sleep schedule. He was waking up at 4am repeatedly and we couldn’t figure out why, so I reached out to Sarah. After a thorough analysis of the situation, she gave me tailored, specific advice that worked the day I implemented it. I wish I had reached out to her sooner! She was so quick to respond and was really thoughtful and intentional in her guidance. 10/10 recommend!!!

Sara is truly a delightful person to work with. Her knowledge and expertise was invaluable to us as first-time parents - and she quickly felt like part of the family. Our daughter adores her, and I would emphatically recommend Sara to any parents without hesitation. For anyone looking for postpartum support and sleep training, you'd be lucky to have Sara on your team!

My husband and I were at a loss with our 14 month old. I could count on one hand how many times she slept fully through the night since she was born and every time we attempted to recreate that "perfect" routine to get her to sleep, she'd wake up once, twice, three times a night. If this sounds anything like what you're experiencing, please, please, please work with Sara! She went through every fine detail of our home, routine, sleep questions, food, daycare set up, etc. that could impact our daughters sleep and naps. Sara came up with a plan and the hardest part was sticking to it the first few nights. Now, at the last week or so of our program with her, we have a solid routine down, our daughter actually wants to go to sleep, puts herself down, and we are slowly becoming more well rested parents. One thing my husband said to me while working with Sara was that whenever we had a question or wanted to know why our daughter was waking up/doing what she was doing, Sara always had a solid, confident answer. She never responded "Oh, I don't know" or "Let me find out", she always had a reason because she is well educated in the ways of baby-sleep. She has helped us and our daughter develop great nap and overnight sleep routines and we could not recommend her enough if you need that help.

My 6 month old was struggling with sleep for the last month or so. she would wake constantly through the night and then seem to want to be up for the day at 4am. i finally decided to reach out to sara and in less than a week my girl started sleeping through the night and past 4 am! she gave me such great advice and tips and they’re working! she also checks in daily to see how babes sleep and naps have been each day which is awesome. it’s so great to have found someone that knows how to help you and your baby get a good nights sleep! and the fact that she’s so supportive makes it even better. highly, 100%, recommend sara at not a peep sleep consulting! ♥️

We reached out to Sara in hopes that she would be able to help us out with our, at the time, 5.5 month old. He had already been a decent sleeper, but we needed a little bit more consistency and to tweak some small issues around naps, bedtime & over night feeds. Within about 1 week, we achieved 2 out of the 3 goals we had set & in about 2.5 weeks we achieved our last goal. Sara has been a dream to work with. She is so kind and truly cares about you and your family. Sara is very communicative and checked in daily with us always sending tips and tricks!! Her gentle approach to sleep training and support has been invaluable to me and my family!! If you’re considering sleep training I highly recommend Not A Peep Sleep Consulting!

My husband and I engaged Sara to help with our first son when he was around 5 months old. At the time we were at our wits end because he was waking up and crying almost hourly and had to be rocked back to sleep. Sara started working with us immediately giving us tips and coaching even during the phase where we were just reporting on our schedule. She’s very easy to reach and usually responds to texts within minutes so you can get live feedback and instructions on every circumstance. Within a few days we started seeing immediate improvement where he started sleeping 5-6 hour stretches. The first time he slept through the night I was in awe. It felt like we had an entirely different baby! I don’t know what we would have done without Sara, but there is no way I could have gone back to work without her making sure we were all sleeping. She also is willing to meet you where you’re at and never pushes you to do anything you are not ready to do. We’ve engaged her again since, when my son had a sleep regression at 11 months and she got us back on track right away. It also helped my marriage because it put an end to those 3AM fights over what to do with the baby—if you’re the parent of an infant then you know what I mean! Can’t say enough good things about her.

We hired Sara as a night nurse when our second baby girl was born - she was amazing! So sweet, showed great care for making sure things were done as we wanted them done, friendly, easy to talk to, and so professional. Sara also provided great sleep tips, and we were so blessed to have her help as we got comfortable as a family of four! We even hired her again as a sleep consultant when our youngest was about 5 months old. Her attention to detail, care for making sure that her sleep plan lined up with our goals was so helpful and refreshing. We love Sara!

Sara worked with me as a postpartum doula and I highly recommend her for new mamas and newborns! She was highly attentive with our newborn, very respectful of our home, and had lots of great guidance for us. She clearly loves what she does and went above and beyond, including answering my questions out of hours, preparing healthy veggies for me, and helping me find pelvic floor PT. I was truly able to relax and take care of myself knowing I could trust Sara with my newborn. Thank you, Sara!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Sara. She has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND what anyone would do to help my husband and I with our baby girl. When we began, our daughter would only nap in my arms or in a baby carrier and needed to be rocked to sleep. Now, our baby girl is 13 months old, and she is sleeping through the night in her crib and does not need to be rocked. (With Sara’s help this was already happening at 5 months old). She genuinely cares about us and our family. She checked in daily and generously gave more support than we could have asked for. My husband was a bit weary about hiring a sleep consultant but our experience has changed his view and he cannot stop raving about her. Sara is thorough with her assessment and provides incredible sleep plans. We have used her for both the newborn and sleep training phases, which I highly recommend. By having her during the newborn phase she helped us establish healthy habits so that when sleep training came time it was a breeze! If you are considering a sleep consultant I HIGHLY recommend taking the leap and using Not a Peep Sleep Consulting. You will not be disappointed!!

Sara is the best! She came highly referred and her expertise of 25 years shows. I’m a first time mom so was looking for someone to not only help out, but to teach and navigate how to care for our baby. It also helped that she is also a lactation consultant and sleep trained for babies. Super reliable, very communicative, proactive with needs around the house (ie dishes and taking th w yeah out when not asking), non judgemental, and so caring to our newborn - definitely book her if you’re looking for someone!

Sara was a miracle worker when I needed her so desperately! She got my little one in their bed within just a few short days. We went from hours long bedtime "routine" down to short sweet and simple routine! Middle of the night wakes are near nonexistent and when they do occur they are quick and not drawn out like they had been. She did wonders for my 2.5 year old. I HIGHLY recommend anyone needing support reach out to her.
