As a postpartum doula, I’m committed to offering gentle, reliable support that helps your family feel grounded, confident, and truly cared for after birth. I believe it truly does take a village! Through my own journey with a spirited toddler, I’ve experienced firsthand how transformative (and challenging) the shift into parenthood can be. For the past two years I have worked as a full-spectrum doula, now devoting most of my practice to supporting families in the postpartum period, and have had the privilege of serving more than fifty postpartum families. My calling to this work is deeply personal. Having lost my own mother during adolescence, I grew into my maternal nature early. That experience shaped my understanding of how essential nurturing, presence, and steady support truly are, especially during the vulnerable days and weeks after birth. I bring that perspective into every home I serve. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical. I aim to create a calm, affirming space where parents can rest, heal, learn, and feel genuinely cared for. At the heart of my work is a simple mission: to make a meaningful difference for families during one of the most tender and powerful transitions of their lives.

Brie worked with us as our post-partum doula and I could not have been more thankful to have found her! She did nights with us, at first 3 nights/week for 6 weeks and then we hired her for an additional 2 nights/week for 10 weeks because she was just that wonderful! She was so calm and caring. On the nights she worked with us, she would let herself in to our house, take our daughter and send us to bed and my husband and I both slept soundly knowing that our baby was in good hands which allowed us to feel better and be so much more present during the day. When our daughter needed to feed, Brie would bring her to me or bring me my pumps and then when I was done, I would text Brie and she would come in and take back over and I got to go back to sleep. Brie helped with tasks during the night such as doing laundry and even made me breakfast in the mornings before she left to ensure I would eat. I have recommended Brie to all of my friends and many of gone on to work with her and also had positive things to say. I cannot recommend her enough and if we were lucky enough to have another child in the future would 1000% want to work with her again!

Hi I’m Madison, a Student Midwife and Full Spectrum Doula providing personable, non-judgmental and inclusive care for all folx in San Diego, California. Throughout our time together, I am intent on helping you find your voice, and am ready to provide you with unparalleled support and resources so that you're able to make informed decisions throughout your entire reproductive journey.

Recent review

We were lucky enough to work with Madison after the birth of our twin girls as a night doula. Honestly, without her visits once or twice a week, I don't know how we would have made it through the 4th trimester. Madison is prompt, extremely helpful, and has a wealth of knowledge. But most importantly her calming presence put as at ease knowing we had a good nights rest ahead of us and the girls would be in good hands. I can't recommend Madison enough and will definitely be reaching out should we have more children in the future.

My births would not have been so amazing if Meghan was not my doula. She seemed to know what I needed before I asked, and seemed to say exactly what I needed to hear when I needed to hear it. Knowing she was there helped me get through each surge until I welcomed my babies into my arms.

Hi, my name is Sabrina Osorio, and I’m a passionate Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist with many years of experience. I love what I do—supporting families during such a special and delicate time fills my heart with purpose. Every family teaches me something new, and that inspires me to keep learning and growing so I can guide with even more care and professionalism. My goal is always to create a calm, nurturing space where parents feel confident and supported, and babies can thrive. It’s a joy and an honor to do this work, and I’m grateful for every family who allows me to be part of their journey.

Sabrina has been our night nurse for close to 2 months and I don't know what we would have done with out her. She's always on time. Checks in throughout the week to see how things are going. Provides guidance on every newborn challenge we have faced- gas/reflux, mastitis, when our baby started rejecting the bottle, and so much more. She's helped us lay the foundation for good sleeping habits so that we're setup for success in the future, and she is great with our baby. Sabrina is kind, caring and incredibly knowledgable. I cannot recommend her enough.

Hello Families! I am a full spectrum perinatal care worker specializing in lactation and postpartum doula support. I am certified as a lactation counselor from UCSD and a DONA trained Doula. I believe in providing evidence based care while integrating holistic methods that have been passed down between women for generations. I began working with women and children in 2011 as the Executive Director of The Live Well Project. From there I took my passion abroad and lived in Nepal for 6 months working with local families and learning first hand how they supported birthing mothers. In 2020 I decided to formalize my training in Lactation and then Doula work. I am a San Diego native and have two children of my own (plus a fur baby!) I would love the opportunity to connect and see how I can support you in your parenthood journey!

I believe that it is a huge step to trust in yourself and body in order to bring your baby earth side. You step into another mind-space and you have to allow yourself to walk through the toughest moment of your life. You may forget all of the preparations you been learning, and only do one thing the entire time, but guess what, you did it. You did what felt right for you in every step of the way. You control what you need and only you will know what’s best for you. Hi, I’m Daisy and I am the birthkeeper that supports every decision you want to make, and it sounds cliché but it’s true. My opinion doesn’t matter when it comes to your decision making, only the suggestions and knowledge behind what options you have and the choice you want to make. I’m here for you.

I am a Perinatal Care Specialist — my job is to hold space for people as they navigate reproductive health and perinatal care by providing emotional support, physical comfort, practical assistance, and non-medical care. What that may look like depends on each client's individual needs and situation. I am passionate about education and love to not only learn new things myself, but also pass on my accumulated knowledge to others. I strongly believe that knowledge is power, and support my clients in navigating the healthcare field knowing their options and alternatives so they are better able to advocate for themselves, their bodies, their families, and their choices. I started my journey in the healthcare field in 2010 when I began training as a Massage Therapist in NYC. Since then I have become a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and since moving to LA in 2017, I have turned my focus more specifically to equity for marginalized people in health and wellness. I am now a DONA International Certified Doula, California Certified Massage Therapist, a Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, trained in the use of Essential Oils for Birth and Postpartum, and most recently became a Certified Facilitator of The Resilience Toolkit.
