About me

I am a postpartum doula with over 20 years of experience as a certified nurse-midwife in Japan. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to supporting mothers, newborns, fathers, and other family members. I am also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 2007, with a strong passion for assisting mothers with breastfeeding. Additionally, I hold a Master of Arts in Psychology and have worked as a certified public psychologist in Japan, focusing specifically on the prevention of perinatal depression.
