Labor and Birth Doula
- 2x prenatal visits (max. 3 hours each; hybrid option) - 2x postpartum visit (max. 3 hours; hybrid option) - pregnancy, labor, and delivery support (hybrid option) - accessible via phone, text, video, and email communication *Prenatal support; Natural / medicated pain management options; Birth Plan discussion; Labor and Delivery support; Nutritional planning; Movement/exercise suggestions; Supplying and researching local resources; etc. - prenatal comfort measures - labor and delivery pain management techniques and options - supporting and educating the client's caregiver - supportive if interested in alternative / holistic care - up to 3 virtual (2 hours each) childbirth education sessions relative to the prenatal stage ~may have option for complimentary virtual Hypnobirthing sessions ~may have option for up to 3 complimentary virtual or in-person Childbirth Education sessions (private or group)

Postpartum Doula
Service includes preferred in-person visits (hybrid option/virtual support). During the visits, I can provide breastfeeding support [suggest International Breastfeeding Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) if applicable], newborn care tips, referrals to community resources, and a chance to discuss your birth experience. In-person Support: Minimum 4 hours in-person shifts each [all services listed below are applicable] *maximum of 6 hours in-person shifts per visit [must be discussed/agreed upon prior to each shift] Virtual Support (v): 4 hours maximum per shift each [services identified with ‘[v]’ where applicable below] - unlimited phone, text, video, and email communication [v] - active listening for emotional and educational support [v] - assist with light housework - newborn care assistance (client must remain in the home) - assist with infant feeding - provide relevant community resources or referrals (if applicable) [v] - maternal nutritional support {i.e.: meal preparation} [v] – resources - child / environmental safety assistance [v] - resources - assistance with organizing meet and greet of newborn [v] – resources - supportive in maternal self-care techniques [v] – resources - holistic care assistance -breastfeeding and/or formula feeding assistance

Breastfeeding Educator and Support
- Encourage breastfeeding with data supporting the benefits to both mother and baby; - Physiology of milk production; - Proper latch and positioning techniques; - Understanding infant feeding cues; - Factors to know if your baby is getting enough milk; - Basic breast care, common concerns , and myths; - Introduction to pumping and milk storage; - Resources for lactating mothers when need advanced assistance and motivation; - Preparation to return to work while breastfeeding.

First off Rhonda was amazing from the moment I met her on zoom I instantly felt safe motherly love. She was someone that could help me navigate through my pregnancy and birth. My first pregnancy I was younger less educated on birth and nervous. My pregnancy in 2024 leading up to the birth of my baby girl was nothing short of amazing. Rhonda encouraged me, she was attentive, she checked on me regularly. If you are looking for a doula she is the one. I absolutely will never forget her being apart of my life and the impact she made on myself and my family. I delivered a 7 lb 2 oz baby girl natural no medication at all and I thank Rhonda and god for seeing me through that deliver. When I wanted to give up and said I couldn't do it Rhonda encouraged me and comforted me we listened to gospel music during my delivery as she rubbed my face and talked me through if I were to have another baby id call her right on up. I will forever love her and respect her. She even did my placenta encapsulation she is heaven sent call Rhonda right on up!
