I cannot recommend Rachel enough. As a first-time mom, I was feeling overwhelmed to start breastfeeding, but meeting with Rachel before baby arrived made all the difference. She provided invaluable information and guidance that made me feel much more prepared and confident. Rachel has met with us serval times now, and has been a constant support throughout my breastfeeding journey. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate lactation consultant, look no further. Her expertise has truly made a difference and I am forever grateful for her help.

Rachel has been an exceptional guide in my breastfeeding process. I experienced a fast letdown and overproduction that led to some discomfort while nursing my baby boy and Rachel guided me on how to regulate the production and positioning my newborn. She was also very important in building up the confidence that any mother have within ourselves. We are very lucky to have found her and she continues to be a great support and guide in my transition back to work trying to switch to bottle feeding and pumping. I highly recommend Rachel. A non judgmental, caring and evidence based provider that builds up confidence in parents.

Rachel came for a home visit and helped me with my 10 day old baby when I was struggling with a very painful latch. She was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. She was able to help me get a better latch and assist with more comfortable nursing positions for me. With a better latch, my discomfort went away and my baby started gaining weight more quickly.

Rachel is incredible. I was told that my baby had a tongue tie by the hospital as well as his pediatrician but that there was nothing to do about it since it was mild. After weeks of excruciating pain during breastfeeding, and feeling that something had to be wrong, I reached out to Rachel. Rachel’s assessment of my baby’s tongue tie was extremely thorough (better than anybody had done previously) and concluded that his tongue tie was pretty severe and the reason for my pain. I felt completely validated after being dismissed by multiple providers previously. After having his tie released, she came back for a visit to evaluate his latch and gave me so many tips and tricks to breastfeeding that I still use today. Fast forward 6 months and my baby started biting during feeds. Again, I reached back out to Rachel who was able to meet with me and provide me with a ton of knowledge to get him to stop. I couldn’t recommend her more! I have had an amazing breastfeeding journey since I started working with her which has been so rewarding and fulfilling
