Antepartum Doula Services

My antepartum doula services provide relaxation techniques, diversional activities and emotional support to help moms on bedrest stay comfortable and prepared while stuck in the hospital. I provide guidance for moms navigating the emotional challenges of having a baby in the NICU, from advocating for your baby’s needs to assisting in establishing and maintaining milk supply. I also offer infant CPR at an additional cost. What You Get: Virtual Consultation Regular scheduled visits, in-hospital or virtual Continuous labor or Cesarean Support NICU support

Virtual Doula Services

My virtual doula services provide expecting moms with unlimited access to expert support and education from the first trimester through postpartum, all while preserving the intimacy of their birth experience. In addition to supporting you, I coach and empower your partner to take an active role in the birth process, helping them become a confident, hands-on birth supporter during labor and delivery. Frequently asked questions

Do you only support labor inductions?

No, I support all types of labor, including natural, spontaneous labor in the hospital setting. Not every woman who desires doula support wants an all-natural homebirth. My goal is to support your birth preferences, whether you’re planning a natural childbirth or want to include medical interventions such as an epidural or induction. I'm here to help you prepare for your labor experience in a way that aligns with your wishes. I can create a personalized birth plan that takes medical interventions into account and ensures you feel empowered, informed, and supported throughout the process—whatever your choices may be.

How Soon Should I Book Your Services?

I recommend booking my services around 35-36 weeks. The sooner you get started, the more time we have to prepare your body for labor. Since most elective inductions are scheduled around 39 weeks, beginning early allows us to implement personalized strategies to give you the best chance at a smoother, shorter labor experience. Don't wait too long—early preparation is key!

Are all of your services virtual?

No. I offer both in person and virtual services. My virtual services allow for a more intimate labor room experience without adding more people to the room, which may be overwhelming. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to navigate your labor and birth experience, even if I'm not there in person.
