About me
I am a DONA Certified Birth Doula serving Durango/Bayfield and surrounding areas. I prepare couples to experience the beauty of childbirth through one-on-one training beforehand, continuous in-person support during labor and delivery, and postpartum support afterwards. I also include birth photography as part of my birth doula package!

Service introduction
I provide a long-term, holistic approach in my practice as a birth doula. The ripple affect of labor and delivery cannot be underestimated. I seek to equip couples to labor together for the sake of their bond as a couple; I prepare prepare this couple to embrace their role as parents; and I coach women in a way that empowers them psychologically moving forward as they embrace their birth experience. I bring a blend of counseling practices, self-advocacy tools, as well as pain-relieving techniques into my work as a doula in order to provide the best possible outcomes for my clients, both in the short-term aspects of birth and long-term affects psychologically and relationally.
