Welcoming a new baby is one of the most beautiful and tender seasons of life, but it can also feel overwhelming, exhausting, and full of unknowns. My postpartum doula services are here to wrap your family in care, comfort, and confidence, so you can focus on what matters most: healing, resting, and bonding with your little one. I offer both daytime and overnight support, tailored to your family’s unique needs. During the day, I can help with gentle newborn care, soothing techniques, babywearing, feeding support (breast/chest, bottle, or combo), and tips for understanding your baby’s cues. I also take care of the little things that make a big difference, like preparing nourishing meals and snacks, doing light tidying or laundry, and creating a calm, cozy home environment. Overnight, I provide peaceful overnight care so you can truly rest. I handle diaper changes, soothing, and feeding support (or bring baby to you for nighttime feeds), and offer guidance on establishing healthy sleep routines. My presence is not just about practical help, but also emotional support, someone to listen, encourage, and walk alongside you during this sacred postpartum chapter. Whether you need a few hours of help to catch your breath or ongoing support as your family finds its rhythm, I’m here to make this transition gentler, cozier, and filled with confidence.
Natalie is truly one of a kind. She came into our home during a really vulnerable time and immediately brought a sense of calm, confidence, and care that we didn’t even know we needed. From the beginning, she just got it. She knew how to care for me as a mom just as much as she cared for our baby. She made sure I was eating nourishing meals, staying hydrated, resting, walking, and never once made me feel like I had to entertain or explain what I needed. She just knew. She also gave amazing care to our non-verbal autistic daughter. She understood her needs right away and treated her exactly as I would. Honestly, Natalie became a second mom to both of my girls. She was always on time, dependable, and brought such a warm and positive energy to our home. Her support gave our family space to rest, bond, and adjust without feeling overwhelmed. She didn’t just help us survive those early weeks... she helped us actually enjoy them. If you have the chance to bring Natalie into your home, do it. She will become family to your loved ones too.

We have had Natalie as our Nanny for several years. There are not enough good things I can say about her. She is kind, loving and very attentive. She has helped me manage a very messy medical journey for one of my children, helping me to keep the care as seamless as possible. My children have thrived with her - she looks at all aspects, not just their physical well being, but also emotional and mental. Natalie is anticipatory and fills needs that she sees. I adore Natalie, she is very easy to communicate with, she will set boundaries in a positive way and also be help with just about anything. I can confidently say that my kids lives have been changed for the better because of her love, care and influence. I can't recommend her enough.

Natalie has been incredible! Postpartum as a first time mom is a rollercoaster, and having someone like Natalie was a game changer. She provided so much physical, mental, and emotional support during those first few weeks. I felt comfortable with leaving my baby in her care. I knew my daughter was cared for and loved, allowing me to get some rest and recover. Natalie was also such a support with other tasks as well, and provided me with tips and tricks to make the journey of becoming a mom a little easier. I looked forward to her visits and felt like I always had someone "in my corner." If I could give people one bit of advice for postpartum, it would be to find Natalie!

Natalie was such a lifesaver for my husband and I after our baby was born. Those first few weeks can be so intense, and having her around made everything feel more manageable and less overwhelming. She was super helpful with our baby from diaper changes to soothing techniques and also made sure I was resting, eating, and taking care of myself too (which I honestly forgot to do sometimes). She was calm, kind, and never made us feel silly for asking a million questions. More than anything, she brought such a peaceful energy into our home. Just having someone experienced and supportive there made a huge difference. We felt cared for, listened to, and so much more confident. I can't recommend Natalie enough. She was a huge part of what got us through that postpartum period.
