We are expecting twins later this fall and we are hoping to find the right person to join our support team! Though they are due late November, they will most likely arrive in early November. We are looking for support to help us get some sleep during the early days so we have energy to care for our 2.5 year old during the day. I plan to breastfeed and would like support on middle of the night feeds and getting the babies on similar sleep schedules.

We are located in Larkspur and will be delivering at CPMC in San Francisco. We are looking for overnight newborn care from 10 PM – 6 AM, Tuesday through Saturday (we'd love some weekend coverage but also open to just weekdays). Duration will be 6-8 weeks. What the role involves: • Remaining awake and attentive overnight, responding immediately when baby cries • Handling all overnight feedings (bottle feeding) • Cleaning all pump and bottle equipment before the end of each shift • Providing a safe, calm, and nurturing environment to support a healthy transition home What we're looking for: • Prior experience with newborn overnight care • Comfortable with bottle feeding and handling breast milk/pump equipment • Reliable, trustworthy, and communicative • CPR/infant first aid certified (preferred) Compensation: $35–$40/hour, with flexibility for the right fit.
