Hello Families! I am a full spectrum perinatal care worker specializing in lactation and postpartum doula support. I am certified as a lactation counselor from UCSD and a DONA trained Doula. I believe in providing evidence based care while integrating holistic methods that have been passed down between women for generations. I began working with women and children in 2011 as the Executive Director of The Live Well Project. From there I took my passion abroad and lived in Nepal for 6 months working with local families and learning first hand how they supported birthing mothers.
