I offer a range of holistic doula services designed to support you through every phase of your journey—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. During pregnancy, I provide personalized birth preparation, helping you feel informed, confident, and connected to your body and your choices. This includes discussing birth preferences, offering grounding and relaxation techniques, and holding space for any fears, questions, or intentions you may have. My approach is intuitive and nurturing, meeting you exactly where you are. During and after birth, I provide continuous support to help create a calm, safe, and empowering environment for you and your family. This can include comfort measures, emotional reassurance, gentle guidance, and postpartum care as you transition into your new chapter. I also incorporate holistic practices such as energy alignment, mindfulness, sacred rest, and ayurvedic meals, ensuring you feel supported not just physically, but on a deeper, soul level as well.
