Hi! I am a certified birth doula, childbirth educator and birth/newborn photographer. I would love to see all women have the education and support they need to have their best birth experiences possible! Childbirth, even for experienced mothers, is a vulnerable and intimate time in a person's life and should be treated with with reverence, respect and dignity. It is also a fun and exciting transformation for a family! I am here to witness it all, be by your side, educate, advocate, and help you through the most challenging parts.

I am a certified childbirth educator through GentleBirth. It is the most holistic approach to childbirth education out there and the only program with an accompanying award winning app to guide your daily brain training. GentleBirth combines sports psychology, hypnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy, & mindfulness to help birthing parents be in a mentally resilient mindset going into their birthing time. Parents are given all the tools they will need to calmly accept and navigate whatever path their birth takes. As a doula I provide prenatal, birth and postpartum support.
