As a newborn care specialist and postpartum doula, I aim support women when they need it most. Recovery from childbirth while learning to be a new mom is a major life transition. You don't have to do it alone. While empowering you to make the best choices for you and your child, I am also here to offer any helpful tips and guidance when needed.

Packages

Hourly newborn care

Overnight or daytime care for your newborn. Shift lengths can be 8-12 hours for overnight care or 4-6 hours for daytime care. Support baby in developing healthy independent sleep habits from the start.

Postpartum doula service

This includes what the family needs help with in the moment during the postpartum period. This can include newborn care, cooking, household task, organizational help, or sibling care. Most of all, caring for mom and taking everything off her shoulders so she can focus on rest, healing, and bonding with her new baby.
