I provide continuous labor support on your birth day and a postpartum visit to check in, process your birth experience, and support your transition into parenthood. This package is ideal for families who want guidance and hands-on preparation without full doula labor support. It combines personalized birth planning with practical comfort techniques to help you feel informed, confident, and supported going into labor. We’ll work together to clarify your birth preferences, explore options, and create a thoughtful, flexible birth plan. You’ll also learn effective comfort measures—such as breathing techniques, labor positions, movement, and relaxation strategies—that you or your support person can use during labor. This package empowers you with knowledge and tools so you feel prepared to advocate for yourself and navigate birth with confidence.

Postpartum care is also highly racked, as she has reached out numerous of times asking about our miracle baby a, while I his 12-day stay in NICU and being present for the loss of our angel baby b 🕊🩵🪽 The care she provided was exceptional, we highly recommend her services.
