About me

I love to serve birthing people and their families from pre-conception to postpartum. I draw on my background of human services, yoga, women’s empowerment, health and wellness, my own birthing experiences, and raw human connection to create a safe and supported space to nurture the growth of your budding family. As your doula, each family I work with will have an individualized package of support: from prenatal to postpartum, birth and beyond. I passionately aim to provide inclusive care to your specific needs, and listen to your wishes to advocate an empowered birth experience! Anywhere from hospital birth to home birth, remote visits - I am happy to support you!
