I specialize in perinatal mental health and fertility counseling, working with individuals navigating IVF, infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, and early parenthood. These experiences often involve complex emotional responses, including anxiety, grief, and uncertainty, which can feel difficult to hold alone. I provide a supportive, focused space to process these experiences and help you feel more grounded as you move through them.

Packages
Fees
I offer therapy on a private-pay basis. The intake session is $200 for 60 minutes and is focused on getting a full understanding of your current concerns, history, and goals for therapy. Ongoing sessions are $185 per 50 minutes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help determine whether we are a good fit for working together. For clients with out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement through insurance.
