About me
I believe in the inherent strength of women and the beauty of undisturbed, intervention-free birth whenever possible. I also recognize that every birth is unique, and my goal is to provide the education, advocacy, and emotional support that allow families to make confident, informed decisions. My approach blends knowledge and compassion, ensuring that each birthing person feels prepared and respected, no matter their birth plan. My background in public health gives me a deep understanding of how birth outcomes are shaped by access to information and individualized care. I strive to create a supportive, inclusive space where every family feels safe and empowered to navigate their journey with clarity. I understand the challenges of postpartum recovery, and I am committed to offering guidance beyond birth, including lactation support and community resources to ease
