I have been supporting families for 25 years, and absolutely love how unique each experience has been. I support hospital, birth center, and home births. I offer a free one-hour consultation to help determine compatibility. I love learning about families and tailoring my skills to your individual birth and parenting goals.

Birth Doula: physical, emotional, and educational support during pregnancy, labor, birth and early postpartum. Postpartum Doula: shifts of care in your home for birthing parent and infant. Prenatal Doula: shifts of care in your home for pregnant person. Typically for someone on bed rest or medical conditions that require additional assistance while pregnant.
