Madelyn Tharp

About me

Hi! My name is Madelyn, and I am a Certified Full Spectrum Doula. For as long as I can remember I have been interested in becoming a birth worker. I have several years of experience in infant/newborn care, as well as postpartum assistance and overnight care. I work as a nanny and have loved the career I have established for myself, but am ready to move forward in providing care to mamas and newborns during the prenatal, labor, and postpartum stages. I recently got to experience this with one of my nanny families which ultimately encouraged me to pursue this career professionally. The experience in caring for a postpartum mother to twins has really provided me with knowledge in doing the same for many others.
