I offer: -Childbirth classes Birth classes: My goal is to have you educated and confident before the big day ready to tackle birth! We’ll go over breathing, positions, education on epidurals and pitocin, how to advocate for yourself, as well as pushing skills and protecting your golden hour!

Mackenzie was a rock for my husband and I during labor and the birthing process. She set a goal to prevent traumatic births, and she met that goal with me. Without her, my birth would have been a very different experience. I cannot recommend Mackenzie enough!
