Hola, I’m Liz Chang BSC, IBCLC, CLC I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), a Diabetes Metabolic Educator, a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and a Medical Interpreter and Translator with over a decade of experience supporting families through their breastfeeding journeys. I specialize in addressing difficulties with latching, low weight gain, mastitis, and NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care), as well as nutrition. Since 2013, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of families in New York City, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and now here in Silicon Valley, California. Whether in hospitals, birth centers, clinics, or private home visits, I’ve helped parents navigate feeding challenges, set up lactation programs, trained other healthcare professionals, and led support groups across the country. My approach is always tailored to fit your life—not the other way around. I believe every parent deserves calm, compassionate care and clear guidance that respects your unique needs and goals. And as a mother who breastfed for 3 years, I truly understand how personal and emotional this journey can be. My goal is to offer both expertise and empathy—from helping you achieve a strong first latch to simply offering a reassuring presence when things feel overwhelming. It’s an honor to walk alongside you, your baby, and your family in these tender, important moments.
