Hello, my name is Lindy Garcia, and I am a Postpartum Doula and Reproductive Health Educator. What drew me to this work is the incredible complexity of the postpartum period. It’s a time of profound hormonal changes, physical adjustments, and emotional shifts, all of which highlight the importance of community and support. I believe these elements shape the journey into parenthood in powerful ways. My approach to postpartum care starts with understanding my client’s unique hierarchy of needs. Together, we build a plan of action that honors their goals and circumstances. My priority is to help families not just survive this transition but truly thrive. I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where families feel supported, empowered, and confident in their own choices. Providing emotional care and evidence-based information is at the heart of what I do, so my clients can make informed decisions that feel right for them. I am deeply passionate about helping families create their personal best postpartum experience—one that fosters joy, resilience, and connection. When I’m not supporting families, you can usually find me exploring local trails, relaxing at a coffee shop, or spending quality time with my own family.
