I cannot say enough good things about Jaime and her company. Working with Jaime and her doulas (Michelle) was an absolute privilege. Jaime is kind, capable, thoughtful, reliable, and loving as is Michelle. They both fit right into our family seamlessly and managed our household better than my spouse or I can! My daughters (2.5 and 4.5) and all of us felt completely at ease and loved being with them. Jaime took us on last minute and then went above and beyond supporting all of us so that I could heal and sort out an exceptionally hard baby to nurse. She is very knowledgeable, offering both book and experience insight, and easy to get on with. I feel so incredibly lucky that we were able to work with her. She really cares about and loves what she does, and is very good at it!

Jamie made us believe in the notion of hiring a doula! We had issues with two other companies and found ourselves without any help, with two children and a newborn. Jamie, luckily, swooped in to help us! She was truly a fabulous doula. Did exactly as we asked with the baby. Gave us helpful hints, tips and advice about the baby and even our older children. She was 100 percent reliable, never called out arrived on time. Was punctual, clean professional but also warm. You can tell this isn’t a job for her but a genuine love for what she does!

Jaime and Veronica were angels when I came home from the hospital with my newborn. They both helped with the overnight shift, but their care and support went beyond just a shift. They helped build my confidence, guide me with tips and tricks, and stayed in touch after the 3 weeks were up. The were an integral part of my recovery and my families entry into the newborn phase. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

In the trenches of newborn life, Jaime is the support you need to get some healing- physically and mentally.

Jaime is relatable and understands individuals' unique post-partum needs. She and her staff are wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Our doula, Charlie, is considered family now and supported our transition from 1 child to 3, with ease and love. We were lucky to have her there the day we brought our twins home and she stayed for 12 weeks. We wish she could have stayed forever!

My family used Jaime as a day and night time doula for our first child. Jaime was very informative and very nurturing with our daughter. From teaching us how to bathe her at home to sleep training, Jaime has a wealth of experience to share!

Jaime was exceptional and we are hugely grateful for her help. Jaime and her team at lilac moon were absolutely amazing! They made coming home from the hospital the first night so much less daunting than it can typically be for a first time mom and although newborns are far from “on a schedule”, they truly helped me establish the framework that I’ll build on and create routines with as my baby gets older. I would highly recommend using them to anyone that asks me!
