I cannot say enough good things about Jaime and her company. Working with Jaime and her doulas (Michelle) was an absolute privilege. Jaime is kind, capable, thoughtful, reliable, and loving as is Michelle. They both fit right into our family seamlessly and managed our household better than my spouse or I can! My daughters (2.5 and 4.5) and all of us felt completely at ease and loved being with them. Jaime took us on last minute and then went above and beyond supporting all of us so that I could heal and sort out an exceptionally hard baby to nurse. She is very knowledgeable, offering both book and experience insight, and easy to get on with. I feel so incredibly lucky that we were able to work with her. She really cares about and loves what she does, and is very good at it!

Jamie made us believe in the notion of hiring a doula! We had issues with two other companies and found ourselves without any help, with two children and a newborn. Jamie, luckily, swooped in to help us! She was truly a fabulous doula. Did exactly as we asked with the baby. Gave us helpful hints, tips and advice about the baby and even our older children. She was 100 percent reliable, never called out arrived on time. Was punctual, clean professional but also warm. You can tell this isn’t a job for her but a genuine love for what she does!

Jaime is absolutely incredible! She cared for our eight month old son when we were in a pinch and she exceeded any and all expectations we had. My husband and I are very particular about who we allow to care for our children and Jaime is someone I would recommend whole heartedly to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring and reliable Nanny who genuinely loves children. She gave us updates all day long, sent photos, and provided a detailed report of the day. For someone I had never met prior I could tell right away that our son was in good hands and had no doubt or worries that he was going to be well taken care of. Lilac Moon came to our rescue! I was 2 weeks postpartum and realized I desperately needed support. I was still healing from a difficult delivery, figuring out breastfeeding, and struggling to get any sleep to aid my recovery. Jaime was calm, understanding and a real life saver in finding me help last minute. She was incredibly accommodating as I chose to extend my ask in having Veronica longer than originally intended. Veronica came to us as a night nurse when our son was about 2 weeks old, and was the set of helping hands we needed! She was with us doing night shift for ~ 5 weeks, then switched to daytime when our nights got easier. Veronica was loving and patient with our son, while being incredibly professional and reliable. While we are now well on our way as a family of 3, we wouldn’t have made it through the early days without Jaime, Veronica and Lilac Moon! I would recommend them to anyone as they embark on their postpartum journey.

I was so panicked and she made me feel so much at ease. She would check up on me throughout the rest of the duration of my pregnancy. Having her help a few days a week not only gave me a much needed break but also gave us such a knowledgeable resource for when we had questions of how to do something or her opinion on anything baby.
