Hi, I’m Lauren, a compassionate, gentle, and encouraging doula who is dedicated to providing personalized care to all mothers during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am eager to help women bring their babies into the world with confidence and ease. Birthing mothers deserve to have all the tools they need for their desired birth experience which may include pain management and breathing techniques. My services include prenatal consultations, continuous labor support, and postpartum care.

My mission is to ensure that mothers feel secure, supported, and acknowledged throughout their birthing journey. As your doula, I am committed to providing assistance during this sacred, vulnerable, precious, and overwhelming period of pregnancy and birth. I hold the belief that every birthing woman deserves a knowledgeable voice offering a well-rounded perspective and embodying a graceful presence. I will be you professional birth coach that provides emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum. I will provide continuous labor support for both the mom and the partner, a calming presence, and advocacy for your desired birth experience. I will guide you through comfort techniques during labor to help with pain control. Also, I will provide knowledge and understanding about what is normal and what needs to be addressed.
