About me

When i first learned how complex a woman’s body is and the incredible things it could do at a young age i was so intrigued. i knew i wanted to deal with birth/ small children as i loved them so much. becoming a doula has been inspiring and magical for me. i love helping women become mothers and being able to be apart of the big transition whether your a first time parent or a sixth time parent, each person and each birth/child is different and that’s what makes being a doula so amazing. you get to experience something different everytime.

birth plan

the birth plan is a fixed plan that starts 2 months before your due date. in this time period i will educate you and prepare you for birth and how to care for a new born while caring for yourself.

birth and postpartum

in the birth and postpartum package i will start with you 2 months before your due date educating you on birth and how to care for a newborn while caring for yourself. after the baby is born i will be available to help you with the baby, care for the mother and keep up with the house chores for 4 months. you can extend or shorten services to you and your family’s needs.
