About me

I am passionate about supporting and empowering growing families through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. With more than 6 years of experience as a Certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator (LCCE), combined with Spinning Babies® training, I provide evidence-based childbirth education and personalized guidance in comfort measures and optimal fetal positioning to help parents feel confident, informed, and prepared for their birth experience. As a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), I offer breastfeeding support beginning with prenatal education and continuing throughout the postpartum fourth trimester. My approach is compassionate, inclusive, and centered on helping families feel supported, respected, and confident in their parenting journey. In addition to childbirth education and lactation support, I also provide doula birth services and postpartum care support, offering continuous emotional, physical, and educational care before, during, and after birth. My goal is to create a nurturing, judgment-free environment where families feel empowered and cared for during one of life’s most meaningful transitions.
