As a doula, HypnoBirthing® educator, and counselor, I empower clients to make fully informed decisions, advocate for themselves and their babies, and feel supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I’ve attended natural, medicated, and cesarean births—including operating room support.

HypnoBirthing® can be applied to any birth to achieve a greater sense of relaxation and control, helping you reach your birthing goals. So, even if you are planning a fully medicated birth, or even a cesarean section birth, there is much to benefit from this childbirth education method.
