About me

Providing exceptional care for birthers and their families as they journey from fertility, through pregnancy, birth, and into the 4th trimester. My goal is to return to the feeling of empowerment and mental wellness to the journey to expanding a family with mental health at the forefront of my work. I am a clinically trained counsellor by trade with several years working with mental health, addiction and trauma; I aim to bring this training and knowledge to support my clients in understanding their mental health and processing any birth trauma they may have endured.
