Hi! I’m a birth and postpartum doula passionate about helping families feel calm, informed and supported during one of the most transformative times in life. My approach is grounded in gentle encouragement, evidence based information and intuitive care. I believe birth isn’t just a medical event that brings life into this world but a spiritual, vulnerable and transformative time and you as a mother deserve extra support.
